MCSA Industrial Excellence Programme

The MCSA Industrial Excellence Programme was launched in september 2009. It is one of our best answers to our customers' requirements concerning productivity, quality and on-time delivery.

Objective: continually improve our performance in quality, customer service rating and productivity 

The first 4 phases:

- Quality Clinic: Analyse non-compliancy, implement corrective action and check its effectiveness

- OEE (TRS): Measure and analyse equipment effectiveness and implement paths to improvement

- TPM: Reach optimal equipment effectiveness thanks to employee commitment

- 5S: Set up and maintain an optimal environment and workplace organisation
